Kutaisi
"Kutaisi" has been the second largest and most populated city in Georgia after Tbilisi and the rival of this city for the capital, as long ago it was known as the capital of "Kolkhis" civilization. This city of 200,000 people is very important in terms of industry and agriculture, and it is considered the industrial pole of Georgia due to the presence of numerous factories.
Kutaisi is also the capital of "Imerti" state. The infrastructure of this city was quickly renovated and secured after the decision of the Georgian government to transfer the parliament to it, although it never reached Tbilisi in terms of size and speed of development. The existence of two ancient works registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List shows the thousands of years of history of this city and its historical importance. It should be noted that Kutaisi and the city of Rasht in Iran are sisters. Also, this city is sisters with Kars and Samson from Turkey.
